Services:

Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing: provides financial assistance and services to prevent individuals and families from becoming or assist those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.

Weatherization: provides home weatherization services including insulation, window/door repair, heating system repair/replacement, and education on energy reduction.

Emergency and Regular Home Energy Assistance Programs (HEAP): provides financial assistance for electric, gas, or bulk fuel bills. Provides cooling assistance for income eligible customers in the summer.

Case Management: Caseworkers assists individuals and families facing financial difficulties and provide financial literacy services, credit repair, and budgeting assistance.

Support Services: provides financial assistance in emergency situations for such things as rent/mortgage payments, utilities, prescriptions, and other emergency needs.

Head Start: a no-cost, comprehensive developmental program for preschool children in a classroom setting.
